Christmas Day Lunch
On Christmas Day 2017, the Turbine Hotel & Spa will be hosting a festive three-course lunch, allowing you and your family to enjoy a decadent Christmas feast without putting a toe in the kitchen.
For starters, choose from mouth-watering options such as chicken liver pate, asparagus wrapped in bacon, whole poached Scottish salmon, and mushroom vol-au-vent. Alternatively, opt for a healthier option from the salad buffet to start; this impressive spread includes a butternut, feta and rocket salad, a garden salad, and a pea, sweetcorn and chickpea salad.
In true Christmas spirit, the list of main course dishes includes honey glazed gammon accompanied by citrus Brussel sprouts, roasted beetroot and mustard mash, as well as garlic and thyme rubbed roast leg of lamb, stuffed turkey roulade served with sautéed asparagus, baby carrots and roasted potato, and seared kingklip with pont neuf potatoes, asparagus and beurre blanc. Casino Royale Themed New Year’s Eve Dinner
Send off 2017 in style with a lively New Year’s Eve Dinner at Turbine Hotel & Spa. Boasting a Casino Royale theme and a live DJ, it is sure to be an event to remember.
Kicking off the 3-course affair, the list of scrumptious starters includes a smoked salmon plate served with creamed avocado, confit cocktail tomato with caviar and herb dressing, and prawn and bean ceviche set on a bean salad with a coriander and gooseberry dressing.
