FOREST FRENZY TRAIL RUN

Be among the first to try this brand new trail between Sedgefield and Knysna, passing through the region’s celebrated indigenous forests.
Participants can choose between a 14km and 21km trail, both of which will test your mettle at times, but ultimately provide a wonderful excuse to be out in nature, alternating between the beauty of lush forest single track and lovely stretches of fynbos.
