Lounge areas have been configured to allow for social distancing.
Extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be carried out in all rooms and shared areas on a regular basis. Extra measures will be taken on high touch areas such as door handles etc.
Alcohol based sanitizer (70%) will be available in all public areas.
On check out, all rooms will be deep cleaned and sanitized.
All guests will have their temperature taken on arrival and each day, with a hand held screening device. This will be done in the most unobtrusive way possible.
Should a guest show sign of COVID-19, the management team will react in accordance with government and WHO regulations.
Daily health checks and temperature screening will be implemented, and all data stored.
Additional sanitizing stations have been placed at strategic points for staff use in the back of house.
All staff will be trained on COVID-19 protocols which have been implemented throughout the hotel, and printed material given with each training session.
Each department has at least 2 “hygiene managers” appointed to ensure that procedures are followed and an overall “safety manager” will be on duty at all times.
Postponement or 100% refund, we remain flexible for cancellations due to Covid19 travel restrictions, limitations, and health reasons.
50% of the Total Cost if cancelled more than 15-20 days prior to arrival.
75% of the Total Cost if cancelled less than 14-8 days prior to arrival.
100% of the Total Cost if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed. Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.
