Incredible!
What an incredible decoration. The property is so pretty with all the turbines from the days the hotel was a power station, mixed with modern paintings and whatnot. Really adds to the atmosphere. It’s connected to a Gastro Pub which was very convenient in the evening because we were tired and didn’t even have to leave the property to have a nice burger and beers (plus live music). The breakfast is amazing, I got myself a delicious eggs benedict with smoked salmon. There was loadshedding but the hotel honours its past and has a generator so we were not left in the dark. Finally, loved the vibe in Thesen Island, the canals, the calm streets, etc.
