As a hotel that was created inside the heritage building of a former power station, we’re proud of our funky industrial chic décor. But we also admire the local talent around Knysna, so we’ve turned some of our spaces into an informal art gallery. Teaming up with Knysna Fine Arts Gallery lets us display a collection of excellent works in our public areas and in the bedrooms too. If you like what you see, you can buy the art and take the memories back home with you.

Be sure to visit the gallery as well, just a short walk away in Knysna’s historical Thesen House. Its exhibitions feature the finest South African artists and some international artists, with paintings, sculptures, mixed media, ceramics and photography. It really is one of the best activities Knysna has to offer.
